The colored dots identify which side of the vehicle the seal is for.
Color Code:

Where to Find the Dots:
The colored dots are typically located on the inner side of the seal, near where the door latch area would be.
Why This Matters:
Door seals are molded specifically for each side of the vehicle. Installing them on the wrong side will result in poor fit and sealing. Always match the dot color to the correct side:
- Red dot seal → Install on driver's door
- Green dot seal → Install on passenger's door
Note:
These dots are for assembly reference only and will not be visible once the seal is properly installed.
