Why Wait 4 Days?

- Package may be at a secure location you haven't checked
What to Do First:
Day 1-4:
1. Check all possible delivery locations (front door, back door, garage, mailbox)
2. Ask neighbors if they received it by mistake
3. Check with household members
4. Look for a delivery notice or "safe spot" delivery
5. Check your mailbox or parcel locker if applicable
After 4 Days:
If you still haven't received your package and tracking shows delivered:

- Have your order number ready
- We'll work with you to find a solution
What We'll Do:
We'll investigate with the carrier and determine the best resolution, which may include reshipping or refunding your order.
Tips to Prevent Issues:

- Add delivery instructions if needed
- Consider requiring signature on valuable orders
